Return Period

• 7 days from delivery date for unopened items
• 3 days for opened items (cosmetic issues only)
• 30 days for manufacturing defects

Return Conditions

• Product must be in original condition
• All original packaging and accessories included
• Receipt or order confirmation required
• No physical damage or liquid damage

Exchange Policy

• Free exchange for manufacturing defects
• Color/model exchange: PKR 2,000 processing fee
• Size/capacity upgrades: pay the difference

Refund Process

• Quality issues: Full refund within 3-5 business days
• Change of mind: Refund minus 10% restocking fee
• Bank transfer or original payment method
